Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Subscription orders are processed according to their scheduled billing cycle.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by the postal service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help you work with the shipping carrier to locate it.
